The personal data collected varies according to your interactions with Resilience. It is collected directly from you or from your employer, healthcare institution or Resilience partner.

For certain processing operations, we may also share your data with our service providers (e.g. HubSpot, our CRM). We make every effort to contractually ensure that these service providers maintain the confidentiality and security of your data.
Where do we store your data?
We endeavor to keep your personal data within the European Economic Area (EEA). However, it may be transferred to other countries. This is the case, for example, if some of our service providers are located outside the EEA. We then ensure that this transfer is carried out in accordance with the RGPD, particularly:
- To a country offering an adequate level of protection, i.e. a level of protection equivalent to that provided by applicable European laws and regulations; or
- Within the framework of standard contractual clauses signed with our service providers.
Regarding the personal data stored on Facebook as part of the nursing community: Facebook applies the RGPD and relies on the European Commission's adequacy decision to transfer them to countries in the United States. What's more, this data is encrypted during transfers. Find out more.

We make every effort to protect your personal data against loss, destruction, alteration, unauthorized access or disclosure.
Accordingly, we deploy all appropriate technical and organizational measures, depending on the nature of the data and the risks involved in processing it, to preserve the security and confidentiality of your personal data. In addition, our security policies, practices and measures are regularly reviewed and updated as necessary.

When you send us a request to exercise a right, we ask you to specify as clearly as possible the scope of the request, the type of right exercised, the personal data processing concerned, and any other useful information, in order to facilitate the examination of your request. You may also be asked to provide proof of identity in order to protect the confidentiality of your data.
If, after contacting us, you feel that your rights with regard to your data have not been respected by Resilience, you may submit a complaint to the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL).
